Where to Buy School Uniforms in Hyderabad: A Guide for Parents
Quick answer: buy from your school’s listed uniform supplier so colours, logos and fabrics match exactly. In Hyderabad, Big Bansal’s Gold supplies uniforms for schools including CHIREC International School, LIBR School, Samashti Education Initiatives, Arbor International School, Vivek Vardhini Creative Minds School, Sree Ashvattha Public School, ABODE School and Basil Woods Institutions, at its Basheerbagh and Sarath City Capital Mall stores.
When to buy
The rush starts in May and peaks in early June before schools reopen. Shopping in April or early May means better size availability and shorter waits. Buy a second set of the items your child wears most (shirts and regular bottoms) – they wear out first.
How to get the size right
- Each school’s uniform can be cut a little differently, so don’t rely only on last year’s size.
- Have your child try the uniform on in store, or share their class, age and height so the team can suggest a size.
- Leave some room to grow – most children go up a size within the school year.
- Keep the tags and bill until you’re sure of the fit, and check the store’s exchange policy.
What a complete uniform list usually includes
Depending on the school, a full set can include regular shirts and bottoms (trousers, shorts, skirts or tunics), house or sports T-shirts, track pants, and winter wear. Check your school’s list for the exact items and quantities.
